Asheville’s newest microbrew down in the River Arts District has plenty of locally brewed beer to wet your whistle. It ain’t easy to find-park in the gravel parking off Lyman St, look for a red/silver door and funky sculptures out front.
LaZoom Tours ( 77 Coxe Ave. 828-225-6932): This is much more than a bus tour-this is entertainment. Take a 90-minute ride on their biodiesel purple bus and enjoy a historic comedy tour of Asheville.
